Inclusion is a creative process where a program, lesson or a classroom is designed to include all students. By creative we mean, where teachers think of ideas to differentiate or find ways to teach differently, so that all students in the classroom are engaged and learning. Inclusion fosters a culture of respect and belonging and helps to accept others with differences. Inclusion and differentiation go hand in hand and is an ongoing process.
Session 1- Introduction to Inclusion, Diversity & Equity.
Session 2- High quality differentiated strategies to support students on both ends of the spectrum.
Session 3- Challenges of Inclusion in terms of Learning diversity, solutions and to come up with success indicators of Inclusion in your school.
